Union soldiers and African American servants in the foreground, with large Union camp in the background. The top part of the photographic label on the reverse has been lifted off. [This is Brady view No. 370]. The bottom part reads, Headquarters Lafayette-Headquarters Gen'l Porter, Farnold's House and York River in the Distance. In fine condition, with light toning and wear.
